Release Highlights

This patch release fixes a couple bugs:

• https://github.com/temporalio/temporal/issues/6566: track_total_hits is disabled for Elasticsearch Scroll API
• https://github.com/temporalio/temporal/issues/6514: failure to reconnect to database

It also adds support for Nexus links.
