Recently shipped `railway cron` commands and guided, reversible CaC→IaC migration, plus environment targeting across plan, apply, and pull.

**Cron jobs are now scriptable.** `railway cron list` and `railway cron run` list scheduled jobs and trigger them from the CLI.

**IaC migration is guided and reversible.** New cutover, undo, and status steps let teams migrate from config-as-code to IaC and back out. Migration builds on pull and overlays CaC fields, and config plan/pull now renders and diffs function code.

**Environment targeting tightens.**

- `--environment` works on `plan`, `apply`, and `pull`.
- `migrate` and `pull` now require an explicit `--variables` choice.
- `github()` without a branch follows the environment rather than the project default.
- Per-environment tracing continues in IaC and `railway trace`.

**Failures and policy surface where you can act on them.** Server errors are preserved in `--json` output and telemetry instead of being swallowed. The engine enforces the project variables policy. HA probes use the HTTP client their image ships, and a declared-HTTP switchover keeps wget's exit code and stderr.

**Railpack fixes hold.** `railpack.json` string shorthand commands run instead of failing with `sh: 1: COPY:... not found`; Bun projects keep their isolated dependency store local; FrankenPHP apt lists expand `...` spreads; file discovery respects excludes from `.dockerignore` and `railpack.json`.
