Refresh also moved off the event loop, so a slow identity provider no longer freezes the status check.\n\n**Three rollup tags landed ahead of v0.22.0's curated notes.** v0.21.1, v0.21.4, and v0.21.5 tag main for Docker images, Hermes Cloud, and hosted deployments; the full writeup is deferred.
